At Oakvalleydesigns, we prioritize sustainability and quality. We primarily use premium hardwoods like solid oak, walnut, and maple, sourced from responsibly managed forests, alongside eco-friendly finishes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For custom or made-to-order furniture pieces, please allow 3-5 weeks for handcrafted production and quality inspection before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international delivery in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
